This is a 17-minute ankle weight and dumbbell workout. Within just a 17-min circuit, you will get a great workout, targeting every part of the body. This circuit contains 4 exercises and we repeat the circuit 3 times, together.
I recommend you use ankle weights 2lbs up to 5lbs and5-10lbs dumbbells If you are not sure which to use, always start with a lighter weight and work your way up! Listen to your body and modify weight and reps accordingly.
