Do i need workout equipment?

  • For bodyweight sessions, I recommend you don’t use props. Using your own body weight as resistance is very beneficial. But if you would like to add weights, you can hold weights for lower body circuits.

  • For ankle weights sessions, it is ideal to have ankle weights and I recommend 2-5lbs. If you don’t have them, you can still do the workouts as a lower intensity session and still get a great workout.

  • For resistance bands sessions, it is ideal to have bands. I recommend fabric booty band for most lower body circuits and latex bands for upper. You don’t need the fabric booty band if you don’t have it, you can still use the latex bands for lower body. If you don’t have any bands, you can still do the workouts as a lower intensity session and still get a great workout.

  • If you are not sure what resistance to use in the bands, start with light resistance and work your way up.

  • If you are not sure what ankle weights or weights to use, always start with lighter weights and work your way up.

WHat weights should i use?

  • For weight training sessions, I recommend 3lbs - 12lbs dumbbells.

  • If you don’t know where to start, start with lighter weights and then work your way up.

  • If you are more experienced and know you can use heavier weights, you can.

  • Listen to your body, learn to modify reps and weights as needed.

Can i cancel membership anytime?
