    2 Days of Strength Training from Total Body library

    1 Day of Cardio 20 - 60 minutes

    *Adjust weights & repetitions according to your level, always listen to your body.

  • THE 3:2

    3 Days of Strength Training from Total Body library

    2 Days of Cardio 20 - 60 minutes

    *Adjust weights & repetitions according to your level, always listen to your body.

  • THE 3:3

    3 Days of Strength Training from Total Body library

    3 Days of Cardio 30 - 60 minutes

    *Adjust weights & repetitions according to your level, always listen to your body.

  • THE 4:2

    4 Days of Strength Training from Total Body library

    2 Days of Cardio 30 - 60 minutes

    *Adjust weights & repetitions according to your level, always listen to your body.

LK WORKOUT LIBRARY

  • Full body strength training workouts from Bodyweight Work, Weight Training, Resistance Bands & Ankle Weights.

    RECOMMENDATION: Choose a different type of strength training on each day. Try not to do the same type back to back.

  • Effective workout when pressed for time!

    Variety of Strength Training sessions from full body workout to isolated area workouts.

  • Abs workout for after cardio days or if you have time after a power session.

    RECOMMENTATION: Do abs every day! A strong core is the center of everything!

  • Full body stretches working on flexibility and mobility

    RECOMMENDATION: Stretch daily.

Become an LK Fitness member and have access to a full library of videos where you can work out anytime, anywhere! 

You’ll have access to bodyweight workouts, where no equipment is needed and that will give you the experience of a great cardio and strengthening session.  There are also ankle weight, resistance bands and weight training sessions available. Mix and match these strength training workouts for best result!

 Membership payments will be auto-renewed monthly or yearly, depending on the membership plan you choose. You are able to cancel your membership at anytime before the end of the cycle payment. Once you cancel , you will have access to your account and workouts for the remaining time of your last paid cycle.
