POWER SESSION 2
This is a 13-minute booty band and dumbbell workout. Within just a 13-min circuit, you will get a great workout, targeting every part of the body. This circuit contains 4 exercises and we repeat the circuit 3 times, together.
I recommend you use booty bands, if you don't have them, normal latex resistance bands are ok. For dumbbells I recommend you go on the lighter side for this circuit 1-3lbs. If you are not sure which to use, always start with a lighter weight and work your way up! Listen to your body and modify weight and reps accordingly.
