POWER SESSION 3
This is a 18-min total body workout. In this session you will get a great workout, using your own body weight, no equipment needed. By using your bodyweight for resistance, it enhances strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.
These 18-min total body workouts will target every part of your body, making you feel stronger with a sense of accomplishment after completion. Always listen to your body and if you need to adjust repetitions and use modifications provided for some exercises, please do.
