POWER ABS 2 - ANKLE WEIGHTS.mp4

This is a 10-minute abs burner with the option of using ankle weights. Within just a 10-min circuit, you will get a great workout, targeting every part of the core.

I recommend using 1-5 lbs ankle weights. If you are not sure what to use, start with a light weight and work your way up. Listen to your body and modify reps and weight as needed. This circuit contains 4 abs exercises and we repeat the circuit 3 times together!

If you don't have ankle weights you can still do this circuit.
